When YoungGB assist in the development of this site they will extract information from an extensive series of in-house videos that detail every aspect of Challenging GB’s history and objectives (see link below).
Challenging GB need to forge a vibrant workforce many hundred strong, all of whom must be true Ambassadors for The Challenge, irrespective of their role. The videos were created specifically to give employees a unique insight into the raison d’etra, mantra and ethos of The Challenge, part of a Self-Selection Process devised to assist in the recruitment task ahead.
